      The Objectives Of The Project

1. Women empowerment by training ,education ,creating new jobs.
2. Appropriate vocational training for those who needed skills for their livelihood.
3. Social development and community building .
4. Poverty alleviation by creating  income generating program for the needy . 
5. Environmental sustainability programs by encouraging  organic farming ,use of renewable energy, ecological buildings.
6. Sustainable economics by encouraging the development of agrobusiness.
7. Ecotourism and ecovilage development as it provides more jobs and income to the community.
 
      Target Groups

The project will target in the community the women ,the poor people, jobless people, , future leaders, ethnic groups as beduins those who live both in rural and urban arias . 
 
          Target Areas

1.Rural Women Development & Empowerment :

The project focuses awareness in the role of women in the society, as she is the most important element of the family structure in sustainable community development. Women are encouraged to have active role in society by training ,jobs ,education, micro credit loans and spiritual support.This includes women awarness of their impact ,human rights ,and opportunities to economic empowerment .The program also includes health care ,child care ,elderly women support.

 2. Environmental Development :

The project aims to maintain the natural environment  in the community by :
1.Conservation

2.Maintaining the biodiversity of nature .

3.Use  of organic methods of agriculture by applying permaculture  aspects.

4.The use of sustainable energy and sustainable agriculture.

5.The growth of natual herbs.

6. Encouraging desert research and development teams to provide sustainable solutions.

7.Environmental education  is the key aspect of conservation.  Our visitors are always encouraged to have more environmental education.

8.Ecovillage establishment is a response to the complex problem of how to transform our human settlement into a sustainable community integrated into the natural environment by ecological buildings,use of renewable energy,sustainable agriculture.

9.Ecotourism  an eco village is a great place for eco-tourism as the visitors experience the biodiversity of nature, with long sunny days. Bird watching by the magic lake is tremendous.The experience of local traditions, culture, and natural heritage  provides a great intercultural understanding..  

    3. Social Development, Poverty Alleviation & Community Building :

Set El Hossn &Tammr Henna projects have provided many jobs to the natives, primarily in the planting of 300 acres of the desert.  Also, Our Research Group has provided jobs.

 Building of the ecological buildings needed builders.  The pickling project started a new female job.

The refinery and industry development needs a lot of working power that will be needed as the crops increase. 

 Eco village establishment provides a great place for eco tourism that will encourage tourists to enjoy the serenity of the desert, thus more jobs are provided. This improves the socio-economic state of habitants of the desert.

The project aims to provide social awareness and care in communities between various living standards , various talents and activities to help in community building by  :

1.Creating New Jobs.
2.Training for special skills and improving the local cultural arts and crafts, Organic agriculture training, animal  rearing, training weaving and loom works.
3.Education and human right awarness.
4.Health care and health education.
5.Microcredit loans.
6.Providing special care for the handicapped and elderly .

 4. Training And Educational Development :

The project enhances the role of training in developing skillful and self-reliant individuals. As efficient training can empower people to combat poverty and provide better standards of living It gives several training courses in various items of development including :

1. Organic agricultural training .
2. Live Stock rearing training .
3. Vocational training .
4. Education kitchen .
5. Computer .
6. Traditional arts and  Training for special skills and improving the local cultural arts and crafts .
7. Training on woven and loom works .

 5.Youth Development : 

The project encourages youth development through training . Empowering the youth provides better chances for community building by improving their self esteem Through :

1. Lectures  and workshops.
2.Training courses on various subjects.
3.Conferences and activities encourage the youth to develop into active individuals in society, maintaining the cultural tradition and personality.
4.Education or teaching e.g. language ,computer,combating ilitracy,human resource development.
5.Microcredit funds.
6.Sports and social programs.
7.Establishment of local library.
8.Establishment of Technology and information club and Art activities.

 6.Set El Hossn (NGO) And Ethnic Group Culture Development :

The project encourages Bedwins to have new jobs and share more in the community. Bedwin arts, food, and tradition can be shared in the eco-village to preserve the Bedwin traditions.  Also, Bedwin women will have more opportunity to work in the manufacture of the food products.
