  Consultant Engineer: Philip Fayez Bishay:

·     He is a mechanical engineer consultant in renewable energy applications and sustainable development.

·        Chairman of Eco-group for Touristic Projects.

·        President of Misr America Group for investments.

·         He has been in business field since 1977.

·         He is a member in The Egyptian Inventors and innovators society.

·         He is an expert in organic desert development projects & permaculture design for more than 10 years.

·         He has travelled around the world attending several international activities.

  Dr. Samia Daniel Selwanes :

·        She is a medical doctor. She has studied Masters in Childhood Studies.

·         She is also a partner and Vice president of Misr America Group for investments & Eco- Group for touristic projects.

·         She has an experience of 10 years in sustainable development.

·         She is president of "Royal Group" for organic products.

·         Her main interests are community and women development.

·         She is a member of the Egyptian Women Council.

·         She has contributed tremendously in the field of research and development of the eco-villages.

·         She has made great friendship with bedouin women supporting them in their crafts.

  Basem Philip :

·         He is an instructor in the "Arab Academy for Science and Technology and maritime transport".

·        Obtained a bachelor degree of Business Administration department of management information system June 2006 with G.P.A. of 3.89

·        He has been nominated to attend "Terra madre Italy" slow food conference 2004 and 2006.

·         He is partner in Eco-Group and Misr America Co .He used to apply his studies to his business skills in Misr America Group.

·         He has experience in permculture & desert development since 5 years.

·      He is the Assistant to the Manager in Misr America Group. 

  Noura Philip:

·         She is Studying Environmental Architecture in the Arab Academy of Science and Technology.

·         She attended Art & Design courses.

·         She is  skilled in crafts.

·         She has developed a huge trust and friendship with bedouin women.

·         She aims improving the bedouin women conditions and crafts.
